Dedicate Five Days for Maximum Health Benefits
The greatest health benefits occur when you get 20 – 30 minutes of aerobic activity three or more times per week with muscle strengthening and stretching at least twice per week. If you are unable to maintain this level of activity, substantial health benefits can be gained by accumulating 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a day, at least five times per week. Moderate-intensity physical activity includes brisk walking, jogging, tennis, swimming and cycling.
