Laura Blencoe

Laura Blencoe, Broker in Charge of ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company, has lived in the beautiful Lowcountry for the last 20 years. Laura started her real estate career in 1995 and has been a consistent Top Producer earning RE/MAX International's Prestigious 100% Club Award before joining ERA Evergreen in 2005 and earning ERA International's Beyond Excellence Award. Laura is a graduate of ERA International's Elite Admiral's Academy, Acceleration and Top Gun Academy. Laura is the former Vice President of the Beaufort County Association of Realtors and currently chairs the Beaufort County Assocation of Realtor's Social Committee and serves on the MLS Committee and the Attorney/Realtor Liasion Committee. Laura is a certified Luxury Home Specialist and has earned the Military Relocation Designation, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation and the exclusive International Collection Designation. Laura is a member of Junior Service League of Beaufort and actively supports CAPA, United Way, and Friends of Caroline Hospice.

Linda Coe

Realtor

Linda had more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing prior to entering the real estate arena. Her first career began as a customer service agent for a Chicago based-company who supplied parts to the automotive and aircraft industries. She then moved to Atlanta, where she worked for a firm that dealt with pressure sensitive labels, decals and labeling equipment to commercial and industrial clients. After a very short retirement, Linda moved to the Beaufort area in 2004, where she began selling real estate. In 2006 she was awarded the “Realtor of the Year” award by ERA Evergreen. In 2007 ERA Evergreen presented Linda with the “Beyond Excellence” and “Top 10 Sales Associates” awards. She is currently an agent with ERA Evergreen working in the Dataw Island office.

Bryan Gates

Realtor

Bryan has been serving Beaufort County as a Realtor for five years. Educated locally in Beaufort's school system and at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort, Bryan is actively serving as the Chairman of the Beaufort County Association of Realtor's Education Committee, is a member of the Association's Board of Directors, and one of Beaufort's three Representatives at the State level. Prior to getting involved in real estate Bryan had extensive experience in the Hospitality industry including managing several restaurants, working with private golf communities as an assistant golf professional, and brief stint in the insurance industry. The one common thread in all that Bryan has accomplished is his commitment to service and desire to go the extra mile for his clients and customers.

Pat Judd

Realtor

A native of Bristol, Conn., Pat has more than 25 years of real estate sales experience. For the past eight years, she has dealt specifically with residential real estate sales in the South Carolina Lowcountry, producing more than $35 million in sales volume. Pat is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. A resident of Dataw Island for 10 years, she has also received numerous awards from previous employers, including silver award recognition for sales production in both 2003 and 2004.

Bob North

Realtor

Bob moved from Chicago to Atlanta after over 20 years as a corporate executive with Sears Roebuck & Co. In Atlanta, he served as vice president of Marketing for Rollins, Inc. and later President and CEO of National Office Buyers, a $750 Mil office supplies and equipment sales and marketing organization. After their move to Dataw Island in 2001, Bob began developing and selling Real Estate as both a partner in a residential construction company and an Associate Broker with ERA. Most recently he has concentrated all of his efforts in the further development and Real Estate sales on Dataw Island where “The North Team” provides a premium level of service to all of their clients. His primary leisure activity revolves around offshore sailing on his 36’ Sabre Sailboat, “NorthStar.”

Dorothy North

Realtor

Dorothy, the “Better Half” of the North Team is a native of the Chicago suburbs, has concentrated all of her Real Estate activities since becoming an agent 4 years ago to Dataw Island. Prior to moving to Dataw, she held many executive positions in the medical claims industry where working very closely with clients was her passion. She has carried this same passion for exceptional customer service to her Real Estate career which has resulted in a very strong referral base for clients. She takes a tremendous amount of pride in representing clients to make sure all elements of Real Estate transactions are handled with the utmost integrity and professionalism. As a seven year resident, she is very familiar with the properties and lifestyle that the Island offers. Her interests outside of real estate are gardening, sailing and the couple’s two children.
