Laura Blencoe, Broker-in-Charge of ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company, has lived in the beautiful Lowcountry for the last 20 years. Blencoe started her real estate career in 1995 and has been a consistent top producer earning RE/MAX International's Prestigious 100% Club Award before joining ERA Evergreen in 2005 and earning ERA International's Beyond Excellence Award. Laura is a graduate of ERA International's Elite Admiral's Academy, Acceleration and Top Gun Academy. Blencoe is the former vice president of the Beaufort County Association of Realtors and currently chairs the Beaufort County Association of Realtors' Social Committee and serves on the MLS Committee and the Attorney/Realtor Liaison Committee. Blencoe is a certified Luxury Home Specialist and has earned the Military Relocation designation, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and the exclusive International Collection designation. Laura is a member of Junior Service League of Beaufort and actively supports CAPA, United Way, and Friends of Caroline Hospice.
